Regarding: Student Ticket Bus Mobile ticket is possible or the chip card. The chip card will be sent about 2 weeks after (!) the start of school. Why can't the district office manage to write on the info letters of the students with the login data, etc., that a ticket should be printed for the 2-3 weeks everyone has to wait for the chip and of course wants to go to the bus with the school? When I find out the info through parents, it's more than difficult to find the link to print the tickets. The response from Ms. Kößler from the LRA TS was unfortunately very curt... You are a large authority, but the professionalism was quite lacking here. What a shame!

Typical Bavaria: Everything runs smoothly with beer – but as soon as it comes to humanity, fairness, or factual decisions, the district office seems completely overwhelmed. Instead of responding to a positive and clear report, those affected are harassed here with endless requirements, unnecessary rechecks, and additional costs. Facts? Apparently irrelevant. Proportionality? Not a chance. What remains is the impression of an authority that prefers to cling to bureaucracy rather than create real solutions for people. It's sad to be treated this way.

I don't want to talk about Tittmoning, that's just ridiculous! My housing benefit application, submitted clearly and completely on 17.7.25, is simply not being processed. I'm told to "refrain from further inquiries". How long does it take for such a trivial application for 1 month of housing benefit due to unemployment in an office?! There are people who really depend on this, Ms. W.! And maybe the new district administrator should also care about a positive and citizen-friendly external image of his authority, and that includes things like this, not just Tittmoning!

My experiences so far are limited to the area of firearms, hunting, and explosives, which I want to highlight in particular. I have never dealt with such friendly caseworkers before. Questions are gladly answered, applications are processed in an incredibly quick time, and entries are made without complications. So far, there has always been a competent, friendly response when calling. Full recommendation!
