The doors sold, supposedly of good quality by the salesperson, are utter junk. They're made of cardboard and the lowest quality particleboard. Even the slightest humidity causes them to swell, exposing the cardboard underneath. Offering such poor quality is outrageous, especially for a supposedly reputable store. All the doors in the house are warped or swollen. The lock mechanisms on three doors have broken because the children tried to open them while they were locked. Offering such shoddy goods is unbelievable. I will never shop there again. One more thing: the bathroom door is falling apart after a damp mop was used. Absolutely the worst possible quality.

Two stars because a salesperson was immediately available. What followed, however, was an attempt to sell by hook or by crook, without considering the customer. No matter what we wanted, we were ignored. Even when we clearly stated that we didn't want something, we were still taken there and shown all possible versions. After more than half an hour of being shown what felt like the entire product range, we repeatedly mentioned that we were there for one specific thing and that we had special ideas for other things and didn't need anything for them at the moment, the mood changed. When we asked what the current price for each product was, we received no answer. First our data and then the rest by email, was the response. There are other ways to be transparent, but collecting data is just like that. Thanks for nothing!

It was my first time here, and I was shocked for a German company. I arrived at 2:30 PM for unloading, and by 3:20 PM I was already leaving, with a whole trailerload of boards to unload. But to my surprise, I spoke English with the warehouse workers, quite fluently, which is probably unusual in Germany. The service was very friendly. The company is located in a very small industrial area, and there's a sign saying that parking is prohibited at night.
