Impro-Theater in Traunstein: Fantasy takes the stage
On Thursday, November 12, 2026, the Open Space in Traunstein will open its doors for a lively improvisation theater workshop with Christine Rothacker. Between spontaneous ideas, comedic twists, and small scenes created on the spot, a stage experience emerges that combines joy of play and self-confidence.
Spontaneous scenes, great desire to play
Improvisation theater thrives on the moment. Through games and exercises, imagination, presence, and voice are activated, while surprising stories grow from short impulses. Each scene is created immediately before the audience and derives its energy from the readiness to respond openly and take new paths.
The art of joyful failure
The dramaturgy follows no fixed script. It is exactly this that develops a special theater atmosphere: mistakes are not hidden but transform into creative possibilities. The art of improvisation sharpens spontaneity, teamwork, and the ability to create a unique stage moment together.
With Christine Rothacker
The workshop is led by Christine Rothacker, who works as an actress, singer, cabaret artist, choreographer, director, and theater educator in the German-speaking area. She studied dance, singing, and acting and has participated in major theater productions as well as in theater education projects. She received the German Federal Competition Singing for her artistic work.
