Understanding and Strengthening Mental Health Together
Mental health shapes our private everyday life, family life, and the workplace. On Tuesday, October 13, 2026, the panel discussion Why mental health concerns us all invites open conversations, personal insights, and interactive mini-workshops at the Impact Hub Traunstein.
Expertise from Medicine, Therapy, and Prevention
Starting at 7:00 PM, experts from the region will bring together various perspectives. On the panel, Dr. phil. Carolin Göhre and Janina Werz from the Clinic ChiemseeWinkel, Wolfgang Georg-Stoklossa from the GefühlsHelden, as well as Juliane Kunz and Leonie Moschinsky from the Clinic Alpenhof will discuss mental health, prevention, and coping with psychological stress in different life phases.
Open Panel, Real Stories, Practical Impulses
The event combines a moderated discussion round with concrete experiences from medicine, psychology, and support. Julia Krivachy will guide the evening and create space for a respectful exchange about topics that affect many people – as those affected, relatives, or in professional everyday life.
Mini-Workshops to Participate
After the panel discussion, guests will move into small groups. Together with the experts, practical impulses and discussions around mental health and prevention will develop. This interactive format turns the lecture evening into a personal event experience with room for questions, reflection, and new perspectives.
Evening Schedule
Doors open at 6:30 PM. The welcome and introduction will start at 7:00 PM, followed by the panel discussion at 7:20 PM. From 7:50 PM, mini-workshops in small groups will be on the agenda. The conclusion is planned for around 8:15 PM; the event is scheduled to end at 9:00 PM.
Conclusion: An Evening for Greater Understanding
The event is aimed at everyone who wants to perceive mental health more consciously, discover their own actions, and engage in conversation. Look forward to a values-based event atmosphere, expert impulses, and an audience mood that allows exchange. Participation is free, but registration is required.
