Winter Fairy Tale of the Dance Children at the Traunstein Christmas Market
When the Traunstein town square transforms into a winter festival landscape, the Children's Dance Ensemble of the Traunstein Music School brings movement, music, and children's laughter to the Christmas market stage. On Monday, December 7, 2026, families will experience a festive stage program featuring young dancers.
Imaginative Dance Moments for the Whole Family
The Winter Fairy Tale combines child-friendly movement with music and shared joy on stage. The children demonstrate how rhythm, body expression, and teamwork create a magical family experience. For parents and grandparents, the performance offers a wonderful opportunity to experience the young artists live and enjoy a festive hour together at the Christmas market.
Dance as a Learning Experience
The Municipal Music School of Traunstein offers dance classes for children and adolescents in various styles. These include ballet, hip-hop, modern dance, folklore, acrobatics, acting, and musical projects. Age-appropriate movement opportunities playfully promote a sense of rhythm, coordination, creativity, expression, and self-confidence.
Festive Atmosphere at the Town Square
The stage of the Christmas market provides the perfect setting for the Winter Fairy Tale: lights, winter market ambiance, and the eager anticipation of the audience accompany the performance. Families can combine their visit with a stroll through the market, experiencing shared time, wonder, and fun learning.
Entry and Visit
The performance takes place on Monday, December 7, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the Christmas market stage at the town square in Traunstein. The program is aimed at families and anyone who enjoys children's dance, music, and a festive Advent atmosphere.
