Children's Yoga
Children's/ Family Program Saturday, 06.06.2026 / 16:45 - 18:15 /Open Space Our children's offering combines playful movement in nature with elements from classical Hatha Yoga and Nada Yoga. In nice weather, we also spend part of the sessions outdoors, allowing the children to move freely, let off steam, and connect with nature. In the further course of the class, we work with simple classical Hatha Yoga practices that promote the children's body awareness, concentration, and attention. The content is conveyed age-appropriately, and the playtime is also designed together with the children. Depending on the group situation, we work with a supervision ratio of about 7 children per teacher. With two yoga teachers present, the group can be expanded to up to 15 children. The focus is on an experiential approach that connects movement, calmness, and perception. All information is subject to change.
