Orchidee Festival 2026: A Day Full of Music, Theater, and Culture in Traunstein
On Saturday, November 14, 2026, the Vereinshaus Traunstein will transform into a versatile cultural venue for all generations. The Orchidee Festival combines concerts, shadow theater, poetry slam, dance, workshops, and performances into a varied multi-day experience in a compact festival format.
A Colorful Line-up on Several Stages
The festival day begins with workshops for children aged eight and older and teenagers. In the afternoon, the CHG Big Band, Syndikat Munich, and the dance ensemble Heartbeat will come together. Later, Olcoro and the Theater der Schatten from Bamberg will perform, followed by poetry slam, Tom Tak, and the Royal Bavarian Karaoke Orchestra shaping the evening.
Festival Atmosphere in the Vereinshaus
The Vereinshaus Traunstein stands for encounter, creativity, and regional culture. The special atmosphere arises from the closeness to the audience, changing stage moments, and a program that naturally connects music, dance, verbal art, and theater. Visitors do not experience a standardized concert but an open cultural day filled with surprising perspectives and a strong sense of community.
Food, Drinks, and Shared Experiences
Food and beverages will be provided by Marya kocht, the Kleine Chiemgauer Kaffeerösterei, and a bar. This leaves room for conversations, new acquaintances, and the typical festival atmosphere between program highlights. Children and teenagers receive free admission; adults support the festival on a donation basis with a recommended donation of 15 euros.
Afterparty in the Fortress
After the official festival program, the evening continues: From 10 PM, an afterparty with DJane Alex is announced in the fortress. Thus, the Orchidee Festival stretches from creative workshops in the morning to music and dance into the night.
Conclusion: Experience Culture, Feel Community
The Orchidee Festival 2026 brings a diverse artist line-up, local cultural scene, and open festival organization under one roof. Those who enjoy music, theater, dance, poetry slam, and creative encounters will experience an intense cultural day with a personal atmosphere in Traunstein. Mark November 14 now and experience the festival live at the Vereinshaus.
