Claudia Koreck brings the desired Christmas to Traunstein

On Friday, December 18, 2026, Claudia Koreck transforms the Cultural Forum Klosterkirche Traunstein into a warm, personal sound space. Her Christmas concert starts at 7:00 PM and combines folk melodies, largely acoustic arrangements, and the intimate atmosphere of a musical preparation for the holidays.

Soft tones with great emotional impact

Claudia Koreck looks at a Christmas season beyond the glitter of lights and familiar standards. Her songs tell of longing, memories, and the desired Christmas – earthy, genuine, and carried by a clear musical signature. Guitar, lap steel, mandolin, piano, percussion, ukulele, and saxophone create a colorful sound image between folk, singer-songwriter, and Bavarian pop tradition.

Acoustic closeness and finely tuned stage performance

Joining Claudia Koreck on stage are Gunnar Graewert and Tim Graewert. The instrumentation ranges from piano and percussion to ukulele, saxophone, and guitar. This unusual combination results in a sensitive orchestration where each instrument is given space. The live atmosphere thrives on subtleties, precise synchronization, and an immediate audience mood.

A Christmas album as a musical overall concept

The award-winning Bavarian singer-songwriter has been one of the prominent voices in the German-speaking music scene for many years. Her Christmas program is not seen as a loose collection of well-known classics, but as a closed concept with personal memories and feelings. The Süddeutsche Zeitung described her Christmas album as a little Christmas miracle and highlighted its stylistic cohesion.

Traunstein home game with special intimacy

Claudia Koreck was born in Traunstein and is known for her Bavarian, German, and English-influenced musical language. In the Cultural Forum Klosterkirche, her versatile stage performance meets an atmospheric concert location. The result promises an evening between familiar home game closeness, acoustic warmth, and festive concentration.

Those who want to start the holidays with handcrafted music, touching stories, and an exceptionally close live atmosphere will experience a special evening at Claudia Koreck's Christmas concert.
