We contacted the Oberhof Tourist Information Office – both by phone beforehand and in person – and it was a very positive experience. This morning we booked the "Biathlon Shooting for Everyone" activity, which can only be booked through the tourist information office, and arrived promptly at 1:00 PM at the shooting range near Krenzadler. However, the staff member on site was unable to conduct the event for us because the booking was too late. We then called the tourist information office and drove back home empty-handed. We did receive a refund, but no apology. Very disappointing. This is not what professionalism looks like.
